I. Definitions

• distribute computer viruses or other harmful programs;
• disrupt or destroy the use of any part of the site for another user;
• disrupt or destroy any part of the systems, servers, or communication hardware used by the site;
• access without permission any confidential information on the site;
• obtain or store any personal information of other users;
• violate any contract;
• violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
• infringe any copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property;
• provide any messages unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, libelous, hateful, or otherwise infringing on the rights of others;
• stalk or harass anyone;
• harm minors in any way;

We may terminate your use of the site at our sole discretion at any time.

III. Ownership

P&C Systems, LLC owns the Jeat content including all visual interfaces, graphics, design, and program code. If you submit any content other than personal information, we immediately assume exclusive ownership of the content and you agree to transfer all your rights of ownership in the content to us immediately, without compensation. If you submit any content to us, you represent that you are the sole author and owner of the content, that our use of the content will not infringe upon anyone else's rights, and that no pending or threatened legal claim exists concerning the content.

IV. Infringements

You may report any violations of copyright or other intellectual property on the site by contacting us at support@jeat.com or by using the "Report" link beside any restaurant location.

V. Disclaimers

You agree to access and use this site entirely at your own risk. The website and all content on the website is provided on an "as is" basis and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the information on the site. The information may contain errors and ommisions for which we expressly disclaim any liability. The information on the site is to be used for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as legal or professional advice of any kind.

VI. Limitations

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages whatsoever arising our of your use of the site. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for the use of the site. Jeat may include links to or provide content from third parties. We do not control such third parties and you that we are not responsible for the availability or the content of such third parties.

VII. Indemnity

You indemnify P&C Systems LLC, its owners, directors, trustees, employees, officials, agents, suppliers or representatives and keep them fully indemnified, from and against any loss or damage suffered or liability incurred in respect of any third party, which arises from your use of this website or the information obtained in the website.

VIII. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a judicial court for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

IX. Complete Agreement

The Terms of Service contain the entire agreement between you and P&C Systems LLC regarding the use of the site, and supersede any prior agreement between you and P&C Systems LLC on such subject matter. The parties acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representation made but not expressly contained in these Terms of Service.
